If you do not have enough available prepaid units to redeem for a certificate type and options you want, purchase more prepaid units during your request.

The Total summary on the right indicates when additional prepaid units are required. Click Buy to purchase more prepaid units.

In the Buy Additional Prepaid Units box that appears beneath the Total summary, select the unit type and number of units you need. Enter payment information if needed and click Submit to add the prepaid units to your account.

Continue with your certificate request. All you need to do now is enter your CSR and submit the request. If your organizational information is pre-approved (see Pre-approving your certificate requests) and you have enough available prepaid units, you will receive your certificate within one hour.
